Privacy & directory terms

RiteVenue is an early-access Bengaluru venue directory. Visitors can browse without signing in. Online booking, date holds and payments are not available. Published rental information is supplied by venues and is not a final quote or binding price guarantee.

Public listings

Venue details, addresses, photographs, rental information and calendar dates are published only after the submitter gives public-display permission and the administrator approves the listing. Public content may be indexed by search engines. Admin review is not independent verification of legal ownership, service quality or availability.

Calendar information

Calendars report dates supplied by the venue; they do not synchronize with offline bookings or reserve dates. Missing information and information older than seven days appear as unconfirmed. Confirm exact event hours, price and current availability directly with the venue.

Venue applications

The public venue application form collects your venue name, locality, capacity, contact name, email, phone number and optional notes. These details are stored privately for administrator review and onboarding contact; submitting does not create an account, verify your identity or publish your venue. We temporarily retain a daily hash derived from your network address to limit spam. Applications are retained for review; contact your RiteVenue representative to request correction or removal.

Owner and supplier information

The hosting platform handles account sign-in. We use the account identifier to associate drafts, photos and calendar updates with their submitting account. Draft information and review notes are visible only to the submitting account and administrator. Catering supplier contact details remain private and are not part of this public directory.

Photos and storage

Upload only photographs and details you are authorized to share. Files are type-checked but image metadata is not removed; avoid photos containing private personal information. Structured records are stored in the application database and photos in object storage. No advertising trackers have been added to the app. The hosting platform may process technical logs to operate the service.

Updating or withdrawing a listing

Owners can edit their listing in the signed-in workspace. Saving listing edits removes its public display until a new approval. To withdraw publication permission, uncheck public permission and save the draft. This stops new public access through RiteVenue, but search engines or recipients may retain prior copies. Previously uploaded records and photos are retained; self-service permanent deletion is not yet available. For removal assistance, contact the RiteVenue representative who onboarded your property.

Existing demonstration records

Previous simulated booking receipts remain restricted to their account and the administrator. They are not real reservations. Fictional venue listings and privately approved demo submissions are excluded from the public directory. No Google Places content is imported for public listings.
